This 8 day old boy is so precious. His first-time parents are just smitten with his little smile and precious coos - how could you not be? He already has two beautiful personalized blankets to celebrate his beautiful name!

Today I had the honor of documenting a day in the life of two very different dogs. I am writing this blog in the style of one of my daughter's favorite books, "Big Dog, Little Dog". Little dog is very energetic and is ready to wage war against the mail, while big dog is a calm, wise, old soul who enjoys fresh air and a calm breeze.

This is a bittersweet blog for me. Handsome Trey turned one, which means that this was his last session in his first year package. It was so special to have three generations present to celebrate this baby girl's first week. Not too long ago, she was still in mommy's belly, and she's now a vibrant and precious little Longhorn lady! She looks just as pretty in burnt orange as she does in pink and bows! Mom, dad, and grandma couldn't be happier.

This little 2-and-a-half year old is bursting with personality! He had so much to talk about - we chatted about all of the different critters in the park, from roly polies in the dirt to alligators in the bayou. We ran the hills, climbed the bridges, and even stopped to pick some fresh berries!
